Beautiful decor, excellent customer service, great breakfast, central location.

We had an amazing stay here! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We could easily walk to all the main tourist attractions, which was super convenient. The service was excellent, with room service and laundry available. The staff were really friendly and always ready to help. The amenities in the room were top-notch. We loved having tea and coffee facilities, as well as a mini-bar and in-room safe. The continental breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection of food.

We would recommend this place to everyone.

As women traveling alone, the atmosphere at the hotel was amazing, surrounded by beautiful works of art. The central location on a quiet street and close to the station was perfect for exploring the city. The breakfast had a wide range of high-quality products, and the freshly brewed coffee was delightful. The staff at the hotel were polite, professional, and friendly, with a special mention to Rosario for providing helpful advice.

The cleanliness of the hotel was a major issue, with sticky tables, old towels, and stained mugs in the rooms. the air conditioning controls were difficult to find and operate, causing some discomfort.

Great location, just a stone's throw away from the main square and surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Easy access to public transportation with taxis, trams, and buses nearby. the staff were friendly and always willing to help. the breakfast buffet exceeded expectations with delicious cappuccinos made by the staff.

The hotel can be quite loud at times, especially during events or movies in the square. Limited access to the hotel during these events which can be frustrating, especially if you have valuables in your car.
